2013 – 70th Anniversary Since Foundation of the Company

"Over centuries it is amazing to see what man has been able to create. Enormous and technically sophisticated projects leave the mankind in awe of how builders brought everything together in perfect harmony. All the work, efforts and coordination of actions, which are required to make these projects true, make people wonder how such grand undertakings ever took place.
In my opinion architects and builders are the greatest creative world thinkers. Without their new ideas, society cannot progress. They are pushing the boundaries and offer newest concepts which are embodied into magnificent and splendid projects.

It is customary to assume that the whole difference between construction and art creation is exactly this: that a building can be loved after it is constructed, but a thing created is loved even before it exists.

We in “Stroi International” view construction process and our buildings as creations of art and craftsmanship of our personnel and that is why we start loving our projects even at an early stage of design development. We are confident: everything that made with love shall stand up a test of time.
It is the real meaning of our work: we create with our heart, we build with our mind"…

"In 2003 our Company celebrated sixty-year Anniversary. It is as much as it is small. We have approached the glorious Jubilee and preserved the traditions of work as one team, spirit of competitiveness, dynamism, integrity and commitment to the goal which are basic principles of our work. It is likely that our present level would never have been attained if we did not have a preceding history sixty years long, where every single milestone was marked off by an event of considerable importance.

Today the economical and social conditions in Russia are changing in a more dynamic manner than it was predicted by analysts. Following great expectations which we counted on such a rapid development of market relations in Nineties, following a period of euphoria and a subsequent default and recession, the time of a more sensible assessment of "a new economical situation" has begun.

The way of our Company is a way of Russia and along our way we also tasted the bitterness of defeat and joy of victories. But we continue to work in a steady and confident manner because our Clients are satisfied with built projects. Nothing is taken by us for granted and not a single request is considered as a sudden or inconvenient. Our Client is entitled to our full attention and our commitment to the goal of successful execution of the project meets his requirements at each stage of construction process. No doubt that the sense of commitment and personal responsibility before our Clients and their projects allowed us to have unprecedented ratio of satisfied Clients and long-term partners. We are proud of every completed project, from the biggest to the smallest one. The portfolio of various orders of any possible type, scale and complexity is a proof of our professionalism and knowledge that are embodied in real building projects.

Our people are the unique value of the Company. We are constructing different buildings and structures, but what really distinguishes us from others is how we create interpersonal relations, pass on Know-How and 60-year experience in the construction field. Company's success depends on skills and commitment of personnel to common goals and tasks. We attach particular significance to technical and managing skills of our people. It is because of their competence that forms quality of our work and satisfaction of Client's demands. Enterprising thinking and professional activity of personnel create the culture of the Company oriented on success and a special corporate ethics. We strive for creation of such climate in the company that allows every specialist to unveil his potential. The art of solving problems of any complexity in a professional manner in shortest terms, respect to each other, precise and well agreed actions to attain one goal - is the way how our Company manages the construction process.

• Preparation of calculation of market price difference in cost of materials and exploitation of construction machines and mechanisms
• Preparation of documents of working time calculation, control for wage fund expenditure
• Preparation of fulfilled works reports, drawing up of required estimate and finance documents, compilation of a monthly register of fulfilled works
• Preparation of tender documentation, participation in tenders for execution of projects

Internal Auditing and Legal Department

• Control of effectiveness of "Stroi International" group activities
• Supervision of compliance of finance and material transactions to the legislation of Russian Federation and norms of Financial Law
• Inspection of financial and internal auditing systems, monitoring and elaboration of measures for improvement of systems

Department of a Chief Mechanical Engineer

• Repair of vehicles, construction machinery and mechanisms of the Company
• Provision of Company's jobsites with mechanisms and equipment, daily inspection and issuing permission to work
• Order of the supplementary machines in specialized companies
• Installation of complicated systems of automatic gates and doors, including fire protection gates
• Market reviews of the latest machinery and equipment, visiting of specialized exhibitions of latest achievements in machinery and equipment and formation of the data base inclusive of all manufactures

Safety Department

• Instructing of personnel and training of new workers in safety rules
• Control of safety observance at jobsites during execution of works and instructing of foremen and team-leaders
• Organization of annual medical examination of the working personnel with issuing of certificates
• Instructing site managers with first aid measures rendered to injured persons on the site, organization of first aid kits

Capital Investment Department

• Selection of a land plot for residential houses construction
• Preparation of land plot legal rights for handing over of the area for construction
• Placement of order for geodetic surveys and design development
• Approval of a design with municipal and regional inspecting bodies
• Obtaining of building permits in state architectural supervision ("Gosarkhtekhnadzor")
• Technical supervision for execution of civil and erection works
• Cooperation with inspecting bodies during construction process and at the commissioning stage
