2013 – 70th Anniversary Since Foundation of the Company
"Over centuries it is amazing to see what man has been able to create. Enormous and technically sophisticated projects leave the mankind in awe of how builders brought everything together in perfect harmony. All the work, efforts and coordination of actions, which are required to make these projects true, make people wonder how such grand undertakings ever took place.
In my opinion architects and builders are the greatest creative world thinkers. Without their new ideas, society cannot progress. They are pushing the boundaries and offer newest concepts which are embodied into magnificent and splendid projects.
It is customary to assume that the whole difference between construction and art creation is exactly this: that a building can be loved after it is constructed, but a thing created is loved even before it exists.
We in “Stroi International” view construction process and our buildings as creations of art and craftsmanship of our personnel and that is why we start loving our projects even at an early stage of design development. We are confident: everything that made with love shall stand up a test of time.

"In 2003 our Company celebrated sixty-year Anniversary. It is as much as it is small. We have approached the glorious Jubilee and preserved the traditions of work as one team, spirit of competitiveness, dynamism, integrity and commitment to the goal which are basic principles of our work. It is likely that our present level would never have been attained if we did not have a preceding history sixty years long, where every single milestone was marked off by an event of considerable importance.
Today the economical and social conditions in Russia are changing in a more dynamic manner than it was predicted by analysts. Following great expectations which we counted on such a rapid development of market relations in Nineties, following a period of euphoria and a subsequent default and recession, the time of a more sensible assessment of "a new economical situation" has begun.
The way of our Company is a way of Russia and along our way we also tasted the bitterness of defeat and joy of victories. But we continue to work in a steady and confident manner because our Clients are satisfied with built projects. Nothing is taken by us for granted and not a single request is considered as a sudden or inconvenient. Our Client is entitled to our full attention and our commitment to the goal of successful execution of the project meets his requirements at each stage of construction process. No doubt that the sense of commitment and personal responsibility before our Clients and their projects allowed us to have unprecedented ratio of satisfied Clients and long-term partners. We are proud of every completed project, from the biggest to the smallest one. The portfolio of various orders of any possible type, scale and complexity is a proof of our professionalism and knowledge that are embodied in real building projects.
Our people are the unique value of the Company. We are constructing different buildings and structures, but what really distinguishes us from others is how we create interpersonal relations, pass on Know-How and 60-year experience in the construction field.
